How can I Order?  
Very simple, just choose the items you would like to order, then press the Add to Cart button.
You will be transfered to the Cart view where you can see all the items you have in the shopping cart.
You can go back and choose more items, and when you finish, press the "CheckOut" Button on the Cart page.

 
How do you send out my order?  
All orders are sent out in discreet packaging. Your order will be sent out in a plain padded envelope or box. There are no labels on the packaging except the delivery address. There is no reference to what is contained with the envelopes or boxes. Inside there will be your order, and an invoice. Usually, we may even throw in a free gift!

  
 
How do I know if you have received my order?  
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and confirming your ordered items. If you have any queries about your order please quote your order number when e-mailing or phoning us. We will send you another e-mail containing your tracking reference, once your order has been dispatched.

  
 
Once I have ordered how long will it take before I receive my order?  
Express Mail - Your order will arrive within 2-4 business days at your home!
Standard Mail - Your order will arrive within 10-14 business days at your local Post Office

We realize shipping via Express Mail is more costly than other methods. However, Global Express will not only deliver your order sooner, but it also provides a tracking number and insurance, which is a must when shipping internationally.

 
I've looked all over the Internet and I just can't believe how cheap you are!

How can I pay?  
On the ordering form (will apear after adding the products you want to the shopping cart)
You can choose between 2 payment options:
(1) Credit Card - We accept all major credit cards.
(2) Send Cash (only in sealed not transparent envelope).
(3) Bank money transfers - not money orders or western union cheques, just transfering the paymnet from you bank account to BOLENAT bank account.

  
 
What type of currency and payment do you accept?  
Even though all the prices are in US Dollars-We accept all major currencies
You can also pay directly into our bank account or send accept cash and through the post.
All cash or money transactions should be sent by registered post to ensure that they reach us safely. We cannot be held responsible for payment lost in transit to us.

  
 
How do we know that you are a legitimate company/ business? Will we receive what we have ordered / paid for? Do you have a shop, warehouse or a place where we can visit?  
We have been in this business for over 6 years and have an excellent working relationship with all of our customers and suppliers.

I have a shop and i want your items! What sould I do?  
Just contact us and tell us which items+quantities you would like to have and we'll send you our wholesale price list regarding the items you've chosen.
Our wholesales prices are really low and reasonable since we import most of our items ourselves.

 
Can I order from the country that I am resident in?
Yes, we ship worldwide so if you're not resident of North America or Europe, contact us and we'll be happy to send you your shipping options.

When will we see more items?  
We add new items and products all the time, if you want to be updated on new arrivals you are more than welcome to visit us again often or send us your e-mail address or join our mailing list info@bolenat.co.uk


 

If I want to buy large amounts, do I get a discount?  
Just e-mail us with your request and we will help you out as much as we can.
